2016年6月,英国通过的脱欧公投在欧盟乃至全球引发震动。由于英国和欧盟与西半球地区建立的特殊政治和经济纽带关系,脱欧公投不可避免地引起了西半球国家的反应,进而促使北美自由贸易区、太平洋联盟、南方共同市场等区域组织对区域经济合作形势进行初步评估。由于英国脱欧本身仍属一个进行时事件,且美洲地区形势也正在深度变化之中,这些对包括西半球地区在内的全球经济所产生的直接经济影响,尤其是长期影响具有不确定性。因此,本地区的区域组织对于具体的影响采取了继续观察的态度。
Abstract：The "Brexit"vote happened in the U. K. on June 23,2016 surprised the world. It inevitably causes concerns in the Western Hemisphere due to the special political and economic relationship that the region has established with the U. K. and the EU. Moreover,the main regional integration organizations like NAFTA,the Pacific Alliance and Mercosur have vowed to strengthen its own integration process with responses to the Brexit. While the "Brexit"is still very much unfolding,the regional situation in the Western Hemisphere is also in the depth of change. Although the possible impact the Brexit may exert on the region is uncertain,the regional blocs in the Western Hemisphere still keep an eye on the development of the affair.

(1)2016年4-5月间,皮尤研究中心(Pew Research Center)启动了一项民调。该调查历时一个多月,涉及欧盟10国(包括波兰、匈牙利、意大利、瑞典、荷兰、德国、西班牙、法国、英国和希腊)的10491位被访者。这些国家所覆盖人口占欧盟28个成员国总人口的80%、占欧盟国内生产总值(GDP)的82%。
