中拉体育交流有利于拓展和推进中国与拉美国家之间的关系,深化体育交流对完善中拉外交布局具有重要促进作用。目前,中拉体育交流还缺乏一个大体制来统筹各领域的交流活动,中国与拉美国家之间的体育交流还未做到全覆盖,同时,双方之间的体育交流还受到来自美国和台湾方面的制约。加强与拉美和加勒比地区体育交流是中国特色大国外交面向拉美和加勒比地区的重要实践,应建立中拉体育交流长效机制,积极拓展多边体育外交,充分发挥中拉友协等民间机构的作用,积极发展与拉美非邦交国之间的体育交流,加强与拉美体育大国和体育组织的合作,加快中国传统体育文化"走出去"的步伐。

Sino-Latin American sports exchanges are conducive to expanding and promoting relations with Latin American countries. And deepening the exchanges plays an important role in improving Sino-Latin American diplomatic layout. At present, there is a lack of a major system to coordinate the exchanges in various fields and Sino-Latin American sports exchanges have not been fully covered. In addition, their sports exchanges have been restricted by the United States and Taiwan. To strengthen Sino-Latin American sports exchanges is an important practice of great power diplomacy with Chinese characteristics in Latin America. We should establish a long-term mechanism for Sino-Latin American sports exchanges, expand multilateral sports diplomacy, give full play to the role of the private institutions such as the China-Latin America and Caribbean Friendship Association, develop sports exchanges with non-diplomatic countries in Latin America, Strengthen cooperation with Latin American sports countries and sports organizations, and accelerate the pace of Chinese traditional sports culture "going global".
