中拉关系发展的新高度要求我们对拉美的认知和研究更加深入细化。唯有此,才有利于保护我国在拉美的投资安全,有利于确保中拉关系健康稳妥发展。过去,我们常把拉丁美洲作为一个整体加以看待,在拉美各国的差异性和多样性方面研究还不够。要正确处理拉美地区总体性与综合性的共同特征与个别国家的特殊性与差异性的相对特征之间的关系;要注意到拉美地区的一体化与集团化、碎片化;同时拉美部分国家间边界冲突与主权争端时隐时显,不可小觑。此外,要关注拉美各国在政治体制与经济发展模式选择方案上的多样性与发展方向上的趋同性。

The newly- achieved high level of Sino- Latin American relations demands that our knowledge and research about Latin America should be deepened. In doing so,the safety of Chinese investment in Latin America can be protected better and Sino- Latin American relations can develop more healthily and smoothly. In the past,Latin America had been usually treated as one integrated region that the difference and diversity among Latin American countries was seldom investigated. This article argues that it is important to cope with the relation between the whole region's common characters and each country's diversity; and the trends of Latin America's integration,collectivization and fragmentation should be concerned about; at the same time,the border conflicts and sovereignty disputes enter Latin American countries should not be overlooked; in addition,it is necessary to pay attention to the different selection of political system and economic development mode and the convergence of development direction among Latin American countries.
